Static & Dynamic Pricing Terms and Conditions

• Website Completion Timeframe:  The standard timeframe for website completion is 10-20 working days. Should you require expedited delivery, an additional charge of Rs. 2000/- will apply.

• Payment Terms:  Clients are required to make a 50% advance payment upon project initiation, with the remaining 50% due prior to hosting, in accordance with company policies.

• Package Specification:  Please ensure to clearly specify your chosen package when contacting us to facilitate seamless communication and service delivery.

• Content Provision:  Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content including logos, reference graphics, copyright images, contact details, and navigation items. Should you require assistance from our content writer, please contact us for further details.

• Project Pause Policy:  Should a project be put on hold without communication or reason for a period exceeding 30 days, it will be considered lapsed.

• Responsive Design:  Mobile and tablet-friendly design can be added to your Basic Bundle for an additional fee of Rs. 2000/-. For the Standard Package, mobile-friendly design can be incorporated for an extra charge of Rs. 1200/-.

• SEO Optimization:  All websites developed by us will be optimized for search engines to enhance online visibility.

• Payment Gateway Integration:  Packages listed exclude payment gateway integration. Clients seeking this service are advised to request a quote from our sales team.

• Signature Line:  By default, a signature line will be embedded at the bottom of your website. To opt for a 100% white-labeled solution under your brand name, please contact us.

• Domain Pricing:  The base amount for domain registration is Rs. 700/-. Additional charges may apply based on your specific domain selection. Please consult with our team for detailed pricing information tailored to your requirements.

• Maintenance Costs:  Maintenance fees are subject to variation depending on hosting and domain renewal charges.

• Hosting Credentials:  Hosting credentials will not be provided to clients for security reasons.

• Customization Charges:  Our packages are designed to offer flexibility and meet diverse needs. Additional customization beyond the standard package features may incur charges. Kindly specify any specific requirements during consultation, and we will provide transparent pricing for each customization request.

• Client Communication:  We strive to maintain clear and open communication throughout the development process to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

• Data Backup and Security:  While every effort is made to ensure the security of your website, clients are advised to regularly backup their data. We cannot be held liable for any loss or corruption of data.

• Revision Policy:  Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions during the development process as outlined in their package. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.

• Third-Party Services:  Any third-party services or integrations requested by the client, such as social media integration or external plugins, may require additional fees and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.

• Termination Clause:  In the event of project termination by either party, all outstanding payments for work completed up to that point shall be due. Any deposits or advances made by the client shall be non-refundable. Additionally, the client may be responsible for covering any costs incurred by the developer as a result of the termination.

• Annual Renewal Packages:  For clients opting for annual renewal packages, maintenance and hosting charges will be generated after the completion of one year from the initial hosting date. Clients will be notified in advance regarding the upcoming renewal and associated charges. Failure to renew services may result in temporary suspension or termination of website hosting and maintenance.

• Monthly Renewal Packages:  Clients opting for monthly packages are required to pay the domain price in full during the first payment. Subsequently, starting from the second payment onwards, the domain price will be deducted from the total amount due. This ensures a smooth and transparent billing process for our clients.

• Email Services:  Clients will be provided with a free email service from ZOHO. Should you require a Google paid email service, the subscription amount will need to be paid by the client.
